How to Deposit and Withdraw Funds on Crypto Exchanges?

How do I deposit crypto into my account?

1. Login to your CoinDCX account at https://coindcx.com/login

2. Click on the “Funds” on the top right of DCXtrade page.

3. Click on the “Deposit” option.

4. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit.

5. You will see your wallet address & wallet tag.

Note – Wallet Tags are only available for some tokens (for eg XRP, XMR, XLM)

6. On the other platform from which you wish to deposit, copy the above wallet address. We will suggest you to scan the QR code to avoid typing errors or directly copy the wallet address. (Don’t forget to add the destination tag or memo if the exchange’s wallet requires you to fill)

7. Once you click the “Send” button after putting the correct wallet address on the other exchange, you shall receive the Crypto in your CoinDCX wallet after the block confirmations are completed.

How do I deposit INR in my account?

Deposits on CoinDCX take place with the help of automated payment gateways and a manual processing channel. 

Our automated payment gateway is operational 24×7. If you use the automated payment gateway, there are two ways you can deposit INR in your CoinDCX wallet. 

1.  Debit or Credit Card
2. UPI

Note – You will be charged an additional processing fee if you deposit funds using Debit or Credit Card on the payment gateway. However, Deposits via UPI are exempted from this fee. 

The deposits will be processed instantaneously in your CoinDCX wallet.

Manual Deposit Method is operational from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. If you use the manual deposit method, please follow the following instructions:

1. Login to your CoinDCX account at https://coindcx.com/login

2. Click on the “Funds” on the top right of DCXtrade page.

3. Click on “INR wallet” on the left side of the page.

4. You will see an option to “Deposit INR to wallet”.

5. Add Bank details if the bank account is not linked to the account.

6. The support team will verify the bank account within 24 hours and send you a confirmation email.

7. Once your bank account has been added, enter the amount you wish to deposit and agree to the terms and conditions. Click on Add Money.

8. Transfer the amount via IMPS or UPI and enter the Reference ID sent to you via SMS. Click on Verify.

Note – Reference ID generally consist 12 numeric digits. It will be under the header UTR/UPI Transaction ID/IMPS Reference No. etc

9. Confirm the details & after confirmation, your deposit request would be submitted. The balance may take up to 6 hours to show on your INR wallet.

How can one withdraw cryptos from an account?

Withdrawing cryptos means sending cryptos from users’ wallet to a different wallet and can be done as follows,

1. Login to the CoinDCX Account

2. Go to Funds section on DCXtrade page and Click “Withdraw” option.

3. Select the cryptocurrency to be withdrawn.

4. Enter the destination wallet address (with destination tag and memo if required) and amount to be withdrawn and click “Send”.

5. Fill the 6-digit OTP or Google 2FA and click on ‘Verify’ to validate the withdrawal request.

6. An email will be sent to the registered email address to confirm the withdrawal request.

7. Once the email confirmation is verified, the withdrawal is confirmed. The balance is deducted from the wallet and the token will be sent to the address provided.

How can one withdraw INR from an account?

When you verify the amount you wish to withdraw, you will be redirected to a 3rd party terminal. Follow the instructions and the withdrawals will be processed within minutes.

3. You will see an option to “Withdraw INR to Bank”.

4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw to your Bank, then click on “Verify”.

5. The next screen which confirms the details from you & after the confirmation your deposit request would be submitted.

6. Enter the OTP/2FA and click on Submit.

7. Your INR will be transferred to your bank account within 6 hours.
